Silvio Panizza Named Executive Creative Director for OgilvyAction Latina

Buenos Aires, August 23, 2011: OgilvyAction, the brand activation arm of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide has promoted Silvio Panizza to Executive Creative Director (ECD) for OgilvyAction Latina, effective immediately.

A 20-year industry veteran, Silvio has played an important creative role in a variety of campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, BAT, AMEX, and Kodak.  Most recently, Silvio was a part of the Ogilvy Argentina team that won multiple awards at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

“I am very excited to take on this new role, and promote Latina’s creative capabilities across our network,” Silvio said.  “As a company we are focusing heavily on creativity, awards and growth, and my hope is for Argentina and the rest of the region to be a big part of this process.” 

In his new role, Silvio will remain as the Executive Creative Director for OgilvyAction Argentina, while accepting the additional responsibilities as Regional ECD, including being a member of the OgilvyAction Creative Council.  He will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
